Bath Time

When someone as handsome as you has as much hair as you do everyone wants to touch it. So our first night home Daddy and I decide we should probably give you a quick shampoo and get that hair clean. At this point your umbilical stump is still there so no submerging in nice warm bath for you. Your first take on a bath? HATE HATE HATE! We have already discovered that you really dislike being naked, even in just a diaper but you can't be dirty forever so we decide to brave the bathtub.

Daddy and I went as fast as humanly possible because you just were not having any of it. Now however, we have got the hang of things. With some advice from fellow mommies and trial and error we have figured this out. Before you come in the bathroom we run the shower for a few minutes to warm up the room, then we get the water just right (at first mommy made it too cold and you didn't quite like that either) then we lay you on your sponge and you are happy as a clam. Now the only time you get upset is when we take you out.
